The Teller's Path : Freedom

Be warmly welcomed into the beautiful Franklin Palais and let yourself be carried away by unforgettable tales of Freedom. This is the second Story Slam by The Teller’s Path, and it promises an evening of wonder, laughter, and deep connection.

Before the stories begin, enjoy a delicious meal (veg option) and quench your thirst at the Story Bar inside.

The night will feature four main stories (15–20 minutes each):

• Gold fever, how a grandfather lived and inspired freedom

• Lost and Found, A hand delivered cosmic, mystical story from a bus driver from the outback

• Mayday 42S, 144E, freedom is the silence and learnings that follow a storm

• Consciously created freedom, Survival techniques of a hostage

  Between the main stories, you’ll hear short two to five -minute tales of freedom:

• Childs Play, from someone who knows.

• A rural Chinese space engineer’s comparison of personal life in China and the Huon.

• Where there is a will there is a way- I call him Geoff, everyone else calls him father.

• An uncle can get away with anything.

There will be a 30-minute intermission to refresh and connect.

Doors open at 5.30pm for food and drinks

First story starts at 6:30 pm sharp — so arrive early for food and drinks.

The story candle goes out at 9:00 pm, leaving you transformed by the magic of storytelling.
