“The Toughest Opponent isn’t always on the court, the field, or the track - it’s often the one in our own minds.”

Come meet Greg Hire, a 4x NBL champion, former Wildcats vice-captain and mental health advocate.

This session is a real conversation about resilience, mindset and looking after your mental health for ages 14-18.

Nothing formal and no pressure to participate, just a chance to hear from someone with experience. 

Snacks will be provided.
