THE TOWER ART SHOW 2023 - ARTIST REGISTRATION

Marist College Ashgrove and The Tower Art Show Committee are excited to welcome back the annual The Tower Art Show running from Friday, 19 May to Sunday, 21 May 2023.

Artists are invited to register their pieces.

Conditions of Entry

Entry Fee: $21.00 +BF per piece, maximum two pieces (Additional pieces at discretion of the Committee)

Registration Closes: Sunday, 26 March 2023

Confirmation of artwork details: Artwork size, price, title, year, medium and an image of each piece is required by Sunday, 23 April. You may access your registration again via the confirmation email ("Edit Order") you will receive after registration.

Drop Off: 10:00am-12:00pm Thursday, 18 May

Access: Via Glenlyon Drive; please follow road up to the right and through the boom gate. Take the first right at the top of the hill and park in the car park.

Artists: Registration is only open to Queensland artists. Artists wanting to exhibit with links to Marist College Ashgrove who based outside of Queensland, please contact the Committee via the contact details below.

Entries: Must be the original work of the Exhibitor and not previously exhibited. We will not accept photographic work. For jewellery, sculpture and mixed media pieces, please contact the Committee for approval prior to submitting a registration.

Presentation: Artwork must be suitably presented with D-rings. Artist’s name, Title of work, Price and Medium must be clearly labelled on the back of painting. All artworks must be easily carried by one person.

Exhibition Days:
Friday, 19 May Midday-3:00pm (School Community only)
Friday, 19 May 5:30pm-9:30pm (Opening Night - ticketed event)
Saturday, 20 May 9:00am-5:00pm
Sunday, 21 May 8:00am-Midday

Pick up of sold and unsold art: Sunday, 21 May Midday - 2:00pm

Commission: 30% commission is taken on all sales and donated to the Marist College Ashgrove Champagnat Trust.

Payment: Artists will be paid for sold pieces within two weeks of the exhibition.

Entries are accepted and displayed at the Curator’s discretion; artist will be informed by email.

Entries are accepted, displayed and returned at the owner’s risk.

All care will be taken, but no responsibility accepted for loss or damage.

Works not collected by the Artist may be disposed of at the discretion of the Art Committee.
