What started as a writing exercise turned into a global movement. For the past six months, Chris McAllister—AKA The Trans Comedian—has been posting a funny video every day on Instagram about life as a trans person. Those sharp, relatable, and wildly funny clips have built a worldwide following, proving that humour is one of the best ways to break down barriers.

Now, Chris is hitting the road with I Can Tell—the first-ever regional Australian comedy tour by a transmasc comedian.

With a mix of rapid-fire one-liners, razor-sharp observations, and hilarious personal stories, Chris takes audiences on a journey through identity, absurdity, and the everyday moments that make life both ridiculous and joyful. I Can Tell is a comedy special packed with insight, warmth, and a whole lot of laughs.

★ “Terrific stand-up, replete with some needle-sharp one-liners that puncture all parochiality.” – Paul Gilchrist, Theatre Red

After making waves with a sold-out debut at the Sydney Fringe Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival and a tour to London, Chris is bringing his fearless and heartfelt comedy to new audiences across the country. Whether you’re trans, cis, queer, straight—or just love a damn good comedy show—this is one night you won’t want to miss.
