We're taking Trans Awareness Week by storm, again, with this year's iteration of The Trans Takeover #5.0 - REVOLT

T Gen is here to remind us all that trans people are strong, trans people are resilient, trans people are taking space.

But most of all, trans people are full of love, and we won't stop showcasing our incredible community even if the Sun itself is swallowed by a cosmic giant.

Nothing.

And we mean NOTHING.

Can stop our community from banding together.

Buckle in for the hardest show of trans power in 2026, darlings.

Hosted at T Gen Gyms, Coburg North.

Trans and gender-diverse peoples have been gatekept from showcasing their strength, resilience, and power in the sporting world and T Generation Gyms was created to change that narrative.

Open to 40 athletes, with priority given to Transgender & Non-binary lifters first!

Tickets available include:

Trans/NB/GE Lifters Registration Fee
General Admission - Spectators, we need to understand the number to ensure COVID safety/capacity requirements.
Allies Lifters Registration Fee
Donations - If you are unable to make the event but wish to support the accessibility infrastructure needs of the club, there is a donation option.

Lifters Requirements:

Lifters will be required to complete a 'Lifters Agreement' 1 month prior to the platform this year. Sports persons etiquette and to confirm what is required of you prior to comp day.

What to expect

Squat/Bench/Dead - 3 attempts for your best 1RM

No gendered categories

No weight classes

No federation registration required

No more “weighting” to feel like you belong!

Medals and awards for good vibes and great lifts
