Event description

I am Moana Hancock.

I am a Transformational Breathwork, Embodiment and Somatic Dance Facilitator

Through my own journey with stress, overwhelm, and depression

I was able to bring these tools into my own life and experience massive shifts of transformation.

Right now I get to share with you.

My intention is to create a safe environment where you will be guided by my voice and a soundscape to tap you easily into the breath.

You will be guided to trust your body, to release what no longer serves your body, to powerfully witness your own unique transformation.

You are all welcome, whether you are new to Breathwork or not.

For heath and safety reasons it is important I share the Breathwork waiver, please read carefully and ask questions if you need.

What is Transformational Breathwork?

TBW is a guided conscious connected breath practice to help you gain access to your sub-conscious mind, to release trapped emotions, traumas and to help you rewire your brain.

As you are aware Breathing is an automatic function. So why would it be transformational and powerful?
We roughly take 25,000 breaths per day, but that does not mean that we are healthy breathers.
Statistics show that 95% of us breathe dysfunctionally.

When we breath dysfunctionally, we are overstimulating our nervous system, bringing our body into a stress and overwhelm state.

Our bodies reaction is to flee from danger causing underlying issues such as cardiovascular issues, auto immune diseases, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression, inflammation, muscle pain and weight gain.

The good news is there is a solution. When we use conscious connected breath work we can manipulate the breath, bringing our body back into the Parasympathetic state, we call rest and digest.
