    Event description

    It starts with an invitation.

One you can’t resist. Never keep a hungry vampire waiting, and we're ravenous...for your company on Halloween night. Join us, my Creatures of The Night, as The Traveling Vampire Show returns to Portland for the first time in over a year.

Samhain, when the Veil Between Worlds is thinnest

A time of deep magick and reverence for the dead. Tucked between the early trick-or-treaters and the late-night revelers, a portal will open at 8 PM on October 31 upon a Cabaret of the Undead. Host Sister Salvation has scoured the globe throughout history for mesmerizing acts of cirque, sideshow, burlesque, fire, and ritual to accept the Immortal Gift and join The Traveling Vampire Show for your viewing pleasure.

A haunted mansion in North Portland.

What better venue to host a vampire cabaret? Tucked away in a hidden corner of the city—only 10 minutes from downtown, yet a world away—by day The Victorian Belle Mansion is an ethereal wedding venue but for one night only, the spirit of Mrs. Amanda Cole invites us into her home to transform it into a playground for the Undead. And you know how we vampires love an invitation.

Here's what awaits you at The Traveling Vampire Show

    Pride

Bask in well-earned glory and the cheers of your new fans when you enter our costume contest. Dazzle us with your most fantastical fever dream of a costume and win fabulous prizes—perhaps even the ultimate prize. We’ll have our eye on you, darlings.

    Greed

The Church got it wrong. Gordon Gekko got it right. Greed is only a sin for the powerless. It’s the birthright of the powerful, and you’ll see a vampire’s power on full display with acts of physical endurance you never thought possible.

    Wrath

We know what you want. We can smell it on you, cherubs, even through the screen. All your pretty poems and psalms about abhorring violence when it’s what excites you most. Rest assured, my Creatures of The Night, The Traveling Vampire Show lives to give you your heart’s desire.

We've been told to give a trigger warning for some of the acts in our show, an homage to the infamous Parisian horror cabaret the Grand Guignol. Very well then, poppets, A Warning: We hope we shock you. We hope we horrify you. We hope we make you feel something besides the bland ennui of the doomscroll with its meager return of ever-diminishing serotonin. We hope we infuse your blood with adrenalin, you beautiful, tragic bastards. It's been too long. We've missed you.

    Envy

VIPs get spoiled like Veruca Salt: The front two rows of tables nearest the stage are reserved just for you, right up front so you can lord it over the peasants behind you. Sold by the table, each table seats four and comes with a bottle of champagne, four signature Traveling Vampire Show champagne flutes, a gift bag, and a private experience with Sademoiselle Florentine and His Most Royal Excellency the albino ball python El Rey.

    Lust

Beautiful dancing girls, enchanting sirens, and a rare treat for Portland as French burlesque sensation Sademoiselle Florentine returns from afar with an all-new act of vampiric vixenry for the stage and a private revamp of her world-famous serpent dance for those lucky VIPs. Chanteuse Ayla Réalta calls upon the spirits with the voice of an angel, and local legend Sol'Aura Pearl ends the night with a ritual prayerformance to honor the spirit of our most gracious hostess Mrs. Amanda Cole.

    Gluttony

A full bar and small menu available for separate purchase. Eat. Drink. Feast to your heart’s content. Indulgence becomes you

    Sloth

A nice leisurely hour from doors at 7 until the show starts at 8 for you to explore the mansion, get tarot readings and visit the vendors, order food and drinks, cast protection spells, and pray to whatever gods you hold dear. Because one of you will be chosen. For what, you ask?

You have questions. We have answers.

The Traveling Vampire Show knows all, sees all, and will reveal all to those brave enough to be our victim. Which one of you gorgeous creatures will it be?
