Join us this Sunday, the 19th of November at 4:00PM, at @inspiration.space.au for an insightful workshop.

The event will begin with a meditation practice and cacao ceremony.

Then, we will proceed with a "Tree of Life" practice.

"The Tree of Life" is a psychosocial support tool grounded in narrative, systemic, and art therapies.

This tool was developed by Ncube and places emphasis on life and identity through facilitated conversations.

Research has shown that this tool is effective for promoting:
- Self-awareness
- Empowerment
- Confidence
- Resilience
- Gratitude

This tool can serve multiple purposes and can be implemented over the course of days or weeks.

During our workshop, we will explore a simplified version of this technique to uncover some of the strengths and positive aspects of your life.
