Every second Saturday (11 July, 25 July, 8 August), Beltana Farm runs an intimate truffle masterclass limited to just 20 guests. The morning starts with a guided hunt at 9am, you’ll be out on the trufflière with our dogs, pulling fresh truffle from the ground. Then you’ll head into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking session with one of our chefs, learning home-friendly recipes that let you make the most of truffle season long after you leave.
This is for the people who don’t just want to eat truffle, they want to understand it. How to shave it, how to store it, how to pair it, and how to cook with it at home without overthinking it. You’ll leave with recipes, know, how, and perhaps muddy boots.
