THE TRUST EXPERIENCE (TX) Thought Leadership Series | Omni-Trust: The Role of Choice in Building Trust in Retail
Event description
Presented by Cisco Chair in Trusted RetailÂ
TRUST AS A BUSINESS ADVANTAGE
According to a recent McKinsey report (2022), organizations that invest in cultivating trust, experience remarkable annual growth rates of 10% or more, significantly impacting both their revenue and profits. Â
Despite the evidence, the path to establishing and professionalizing trust remains uncertain for many. Retail is swiftly adopting technology, embracing AI-powered shopping assistants, and introducing biometric payment methods, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. However, this technological evolution also brings forth trust concerns that extend beyond the realm of cybersecurity.
This event will delve into the concept of 'Omni-Trust' as an approach that empowers customers with choices when engaging with technology as a way of mitigating trust concerns. Omni-Trust enables retailers to push technological boundaries with their customers by building trust, and is positioned as an extension to the prevailing emphasis on retail's omni-channel strategy. This event will give you the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the power of Omni-Trust from Cisco’s Chair in Trusted Retail, Dr Nadine Ostern as well as other renowned speakers. Â
Don’t miss your chance to gain a competitive edge in today's retail landscape and take your business to new heights!
