The Turn-On: The Art of Self-Seduction

Foundational embodiment skills for a more turned-on life.

You know that woman. The one who giggles loudly, who ravishes life, who moves through her day expressing herself freely and sensually, smiling as she takes it all in with each breath. Maybe she's triggered something in you before, because underneath the comparison, you can feel how unbearably alive she is, how she boldly claims her desires. And some part of you wants that too.

She's not special. She just knows how to turn herself on.

You were taught how to please. Nobody taught you how to turn yourself on, how to bring yourself pleasure on your own terms, without waiting for someone else to do it for you. And I'm not only talking about the bedroom, I'm talking about what it means to actually live a turned-on life... hungry for it, instead of moving through your days flat, hoping for more but unsure if it's even reachable.

The Turn-On is a 4-hour immersion for women, here in Melbourne, built to show you how to move into states of aliveness, openness and radiance that come from within you, and are yours to access, anytime.

Because a turned-on life isn't a mood you wait around for. It's a skill ~ one you claim, not one that arrives. Become your own best lover first... and everything else catches fire. Intimacy turns electric. Decisions get easier. The world gets brighter. You start moving through it magnetic, luminous, unmistakably in your power.

Through a mix of teaching and embodied practice, you'll walk away knowing:

- How to regulate your nervous system so you can actually access pleasure, not just perform it

- What your arousal is and how to activate it, in your own body, on your own terms

- Why pleasure is foundational, not indulgent, and how to prioritise it without apology

- How to activate your turn-on in pleasure, intimacy and everyday life

- Small, doable practices to keep choosing all of the above long after you've left the room

You'll leave feeling vibrant, radiant, turned on. Connected to the women beside you. A little undone, and hungry for more. More of yourself, more of life!

Facilitated by Lydia Adéla

Lydia is a somatic intimacy coach and tantric bodywork practitioner based in Melbourne, guiding women, men and couples home to their bodies and their pleasure through modern Tantra and somatic practices. She's a firm believer that how we do sex is how we do life: the more liberated we become in our erotic and sensual expression, the more liberated and open we become to the aliveness of life itself. Her work is built on what she calls erotic alchemy ~ consciously connecting to your erotic energy and using it as fuel, not just for great sex, but for your power, your creativity, and how you move through everything else.

Learn to access it consciously, and this is where life begins to become truly delicious.

Spaces are limited... come claim yours.
