Have you always wanted to join in the fun of a Ceilidh dance but never quite known where to start?
Do you want a head start for our next Scottish ceilidh dancing event?
Do you just want to have a laugh for an hour and learn something new?
Look no further! Join our Beginner's Ceilidh Dance Workshop and immerse yourself in the joyous world of Scottish traditional dancing. No prior experience is required – just come with a willingness to learn and a smile on your face!
💃 Learn the Basics: Graeme has been teaching dancing for 2 decades and will guide you through the fundamental steps and movements of popular Ceilidh dances. From the beautiful "St Bernard's Waltz" to the lively "Gay Gordons," and the endless fun of "Dashing White Sergeant" you'll quickly grasp the foundations and gain confidence on the dance floor.
🌟 Partner Dancing: Experience the joy of dancing with a partner as you learn traditional Ceilidh formations. Our workshop promotes inclusivity, so you don't need to bring a partner – we'll pair you up with fellow dancers. Learn the art of communication through dance and build connections as you dance together.
