Looking for the most straightforward, quick and efficient meditation practice to integrate into your daily life without becoming a monk? You just found it!

Regardless of the simplicity of this ancient technique, it has been around for thousands of years.

The practice gained worldwide attention when mentioned later in his book, Autobiography of a Yogi, where he defined kriya yoga as "union with the infinite through a certain action or rite."

What do I bring? Just yourself and your things, such as a water bottle. If you have any specific meditation equipment, feel free to get it as well. We provide all the rest (mat, bolster, blanket).

What do I wear? Something comfortable. We will be practising some gentle postures (asanas), but for the most part, you will be seated.

Please allow yourself to arrive 15 minutes before to settle and say hello :) There is a park on the street side of the roads, but it can get busy.

Other than that, just come with an open heart and a beginner's mind to learn this technique, which has been transforming my life and has the potential to do the same for you.
