A Womanly Reset for the New Year

This is a simple and effective way to initiate a deep shift towards greater embodiment of your authentic self, your power, your desires and your boundaries. 
Through movements and vocal guidance l lead you into this effortless place, where the energy in your body awakens, the fluidity, the sensuality, the
relaxation, the strength.


We meet 5 consecutive mornings 7-9am:

1.5 hrs of feminine embodiment and 30 mins of Inquiry/meditation

Friday we share a catered breakfast and a completion ritual after the session to integrate the prayers and the growth experienced through the week and anchor in the newly gained self-knowledge. Completion around at 11am.

‘The SheSessions’ as I call my embodiment practice are practices for women to access their deep feminine energy: the qualities we cultivate are:

 Deepening into the base, the pelvic and earth, accessing the downward spiral, the connection into the earth; deep restoration and relaxation of the nervous system.

 Fluidity in the body which comes with softening and gentle opening through circular and wave like movements; fluidity awakens sensuality.

 Your  authentic expression, opening into your feeling body and allowing your feelings to be expressed; humming, sighing, growling … leaning into the permission to allow your being to have a sound as you move and feel and are, as you spend time entering your physicality and accessing your essence, your truth, your humanness.

Alignment into your vertical, the 3 energy centers; womb - heart -3rd eye; supported be the earth below and heaven above.

Daoist practices for health and invigoration of womb/ovarian and heart/breast energies, which will support your hormonal balance at any stage of the womanly journey through life: Maiden, Pregnancy, Mothering, Transitionning into Menopause, Maga and Crone.

 Attending to seasonal meridians : As we’re in the in summer we’ll be cultivating the heart and small intestine meridian, supported always by the kidney meridian and spleen and stomach meridians. In this way we support the warm quality of the heart, the capacity for joy and celebration that summer brings and the strength and resilience that a healthy heart provides. We also attend to the digestive fire and the absorption of nutrients supported by the enzymes and juices produced by the pancreas and the spleen. 

This sounds like a lot but I weave it all into a beautifully guided flow. My guidance is an offering and you’re always invited to listen in and if your body needs something else please follow that guidance. Also Rest is always an option. 

I draw on 25 years of practice in dancing, somatic practices like BMC, contact Improvisation, daoist practices, Chi Gong, different styles of yoga and meditations and movement in nature. 

I have a diploma in Sacred Feminine Yoga and I’m trained in Ki Yoga, Zen Shiatsu, YoniMapping Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Touch for Trauma which is based on the Chinese meridian system. At the moment I'm in the last leg of studies in Somatic Therapy, which fokuses on the physiological aspect of trauma healing mostly looking at the Nervous System and its restoration.

I would highly suggest to book in a session with me during the week or early in the following week, Bodywork or Somatic Therapy to help move the clearing and the awakenings along more easily for you. I offer a 1.5 hrs session special for participants of $110, usually its $140.
