Combining 40+ years of experience in wellness, including yoga, fitness, martial arts, dance, meditation, healing and health, to bring you some of our favourite bio hacks to integrate into your everyday life and upgrade your human. We will feed you nutritious supportive yummy food,move you in many ways, rest you down and revive your authentic beingness over 3 nights and 4 days, this November.
