The Upper Room
Event description
In The Upper Room this October we will be hosting Fr Ben Dsouza, fresh back from Rome!
Fr Ben's talk entitled, 'INTEGRITY:Who are you when no one is watching?' will be an insightful and challenging topic relevant to everyone.
Fr Ben is a Marist priest, originally from Auckland. He went to Marcellin College and studied at the University of Auckland before he joined the seminary. As a seminarian, he spent time in the Philippines, Thailand and Italy. He worked at a parish in Christchurch after ordination in 2020 and was then sent overseas to finish his studies. He has just returned to New Zealand and will be working at a parish in Wellington.
This event is your opportunity to grab a drink, connect with other Catholic young adults, and dive into some relevant topics that don’t usually feature in your Sunday Mass homily! And did we mention free bar snacks (included in your ticket)?
At each Upper Room we have an amazing guest speaker who will present on a topic, followed by a time of Q&A where you can ask your burning questions. Keep an eye on our socials as we announce further details.
If you're a young adult in Auckland (or young at heart) join us for an unforgettable evening of fellowship and formation!\
Free on-street parking is available nearby.
*Event is 18 years and over*
