On the dance floor with a live DJ set, watching the sunrise come up over the stunning Manly Beach with a community of like-minded people.

In a world that can feel chaotic, there has never been a more important time to come together, to dance, to connect with nature and others and to raise our frequency.

The Uprising is more than a dance event. It's a place to feel connected, where you can wake up your body with incredible music and movement.

By the time you leave, you will be buzzing with connection, love, and energy, carrying that frequency into your Monday and into the rest of your week.

What to Wear: Active wear, festival wear, beach wear. Come as you are.

What to Bring: A water bottle, your dance moves, and good vibes. (Swimmers, if you fancy an ocean dip after.)

Doors Open/ DJ Set starts at: 6:00 am

This week, we're so lucky to kick off our Launch with the incredible DJ Solfa Frequency.

DJ Solfa Frequency loves creating sound journeys that move people, body and soul. You’ll find her behind the decks at festivals like Roots, Biophilia, and parties across the Northern Beaches, as well as guiding her own ecstatic dance journeys.

Solfa's sets weave together downtempo, ambient, tribal and organic house, always tuned into the energy of the moment. For her, it’s about crafting a soundscape that resonates with the time of day, the place, and the people, lifting, grounding, or flowing, wherever the music is meant to take us. Every mix is an invitation to connect, to move, and to be carried deeper into the rhythm of now.
