Have you been feeling like you wanna scream into the void at the unfairness of it all? Raging at God because everything sucks? (Or just at the patriarchy?)

Yes, we hear. 🫣

Menopause has been framed in our society as a dirty little secret — something our mothers and grandmothers didn't talk about. Why? They viewed it as a decline, a loss, something shameful to be hidden.

We're ready to reclaim perimenopause as our significant initiation into the most powerful part of our lives, and we'd love to show you why and how.

At The Urban Alchemist, we hold menopause sacred as a portal - a threshold to be crossed so we can receive deeper wisdom, freedom, and vitality.

Join us for an afternoon workshop designed especially for women who are currently navigating perimenopause or are ready to begin preparing themselves for this (dare we say 'magical') transition. We’re going to spend an afternoon re-framing the outdated story of menopause and give you practical tools to support your physical body, resources for your emotional and mental health and totally free you from the idea that menopause is a bad thing.

We are quietly excited to be entering this mysterious portal, and you should be, too.

Across 4 hours, you’ll hear from an inspiring lineup of functional therapists and womb educators:

✨ Natasha Colchester — The Sacred Passage: Menopause as a Portal to Power

✨ Shae Allen — Igniting Desire: Redefining Sexuality in Midlife

✨ Kathryn Harmer — Calm Within the Storm: Nervous System Ease in Perimenopause

✨ James Maddock — Strong Bones, Strong Body: Moving Well Through Menopause

✨ Dr. Firas Ali — The Science of Thriving: Functional Medicine for Menopause

✨ Nellie Crocker — Balancing the Shift: Naturopathic Wisdom for Perimenopause

✨ Janine Hendry — Transforming the weight of women’s past stories into a foundation for living with purpose and power.

There will be music, there will be belly laughs (we promise), there might be tears... and there will be sweet connection with loads of 🩷 SUPER BABES 🩷 all dipping their toes in the peri pool.

We believe this wisdom is too good to keep to yourself — so when you purchase 1 ticket, you can bring along 1 gorgeous friend on us.

Bring a cushion, a journal and a pen, your open heart (in whatever state she's in that day!), and your questions. We’ll provide nourishing snacks, herbal teas, and lots of love 💋

🌙 Be part of the alchemy of a new narrative — let's reframe menopause as a beginning, not an ending.
