This event brings together public health professionals, researchers, clinicians, policymakers, students, community leaders, and community members to discuss and improve health equity across the African Diaspora by focusing on practical innovations, community partnerships, and policy updates.

To keep things straightforward, all listed ticket prices include your registration and payment processing fees. The price you see is exactly what you pay at checkout.

We are using Humanitix for our ticketing. They are a non-profit platform that directs 100% of their booking profits toward children's education projects globally. Because your fees are built into the ticket price, a portion of your registration goes directly to these charity programs at no extra cost to you.

Early Bird: A discounted rate available across all ticket categories for a limited time. Register early to lock in the lowest price.
Regular Registration: Standard rate for community members, leaders, and professionals. For non-profit or community-based registrations, please provide your organization's Tax ID (EIN) or upload your IRS determination letter during checkout to verify your rate.
Student Registration: Discounted tier for current students. Please upload a digital copy or photo of your valid student ID during checkout.
