In addition to working with clients, Jane is committed to empowering other Virtual Assistants. As a peer mentor and trained counsellor, she helps VAs build confidence, master essential skills, and cultivate the right mindset for success. Jane is deeply invested in fostering collaboration within the VA community, extending her impact beyond Newcastle to Virtual Assistants across Australia.

As the co-founder of Newcastle Virtual Assistants, Jane has played a pivotal role in creating a thriving network of over 250 VAs in the local community.
