How open are we to discovering something about ourselves that we may not already know?

Feedback is more than a professional skill. It is a relational encounter that can challenge our assumptions, reveal habitual responses and deepen our awareness of how we are experienced by others.

In this interactive webinar, the Inner-Directed team is joined by Dr Adam McLean. We invite experienced practitioners to reflect on the complexities of giving and receiving feedback, particularly when established professional perspectives are challenged and on the value of group process in developing therapeutic skills.

Together, we will explore:

how curiosity, openness and reflective engagement can transform feedback into an opportunity for personal and clinical growth
the increased importance of giving and receiving feedback when engaging in co-therapy and working in multidisciplinary teams, as we do in PAT
how utilising feedback and group process in therapy training allow us to integrate and embody the skills we are learning in a unique and valuable way
