Julia’s career in healthcare communications has spanned over 20 years in Australia, the USA and at a global level. Her experience leading multi-million-dollar creative agency accounts for billion-dollar healthcare therapies across all stages of the brand life cycle has conferred her with a diverse skill set that includes strategic workshop design/moderation, business planning and integrated tactical deployment of creative campaigns for the pharmaceutical industry. Julia places high value on examining and understanding the patient journey and interpreting how this, along with the interactions between multi-disciplinary physicians, can impact healthcare outcomes. During her time as Managing Director of Sudler Sydney she noted how critical it is for a business to embrace change and forge forward with its thinking to stay relevant in the face of constantly evolving healthcare & communications environments.
