Grounded Living is proud to present the second edition of The Vibrancy of Healthy Masculinity—an uplifting community, fundraising & charitable event celebrating courage, connection, resilience, and the positive energy that emerges when we come together.

All proceeds will fund qualified therapeutic sessions, helping men move from homelessness, domestic violence, and suicide towards more grounded, vibrant, and fulfilling lives.

Grounded Living Inc is a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, meaning eligible donations are tax-deductible.

This is a family event. Kids, teenagers, and women and men are mostly welcome.

A Story of Resilience — Paula Ichitani

This time, we are honoured to welcome Paula Ichitani—a successful business owner, entrepreneur, mother, and deeply caring woman.

Paula will share her personal and professional journey: a story shaped by resilience, courage, persistence, faith and love, and by her determination to keep moving forward despite the challenges life has placed in her path.

Her presence also represents an important part of Grounded Living's message: women care for men, just as men care for women. We care for one another.

Healthy masculinity is not about separation—it is about creating stronger relationships, families and communities. We want to bring people together around Grounded Living's greater purpose and help the vibrancy of healthy masculinity grow stronger, healthier and bolder.

We believe the world needs more of it.

Natural Movement with Jordan Mostert

The event will also feature Natural Ginástica, led by Jordan Mostert, who will guide us through an engaging exploration of movement, mobility and our connection with our own bodies.

Prepare to move, stretch, challenge yourself and have fun. Jordan is also an accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, bringing strength, body awareness and energy to this unique experience.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Demonstration

And then, get ready for some action.

Jordan Mostert, Luke Archer and Andrew Bullock, three light-heavyweight Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners competing at the same level, will take to the mats for a live demonstration match, with another (to be confirmed)—a BJJ black belt and professional coach—serving as the referee.

Throughout the demonstration, we will see how points are scored in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while experiencing the discipline, strategy, respect, and controlled intensity behind this extraordinary martial art.

Connection, Community & Good Food (TBC)

Beyond the program, this event is about people.

Come and enjoy meaningful conversations, networking, and the company of a vibrant community. A beautiful platter (TBC) will be served, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
