These classes are specifically catering to girls and gender diverse individuals who may feel more comfortable in an all-female class. Groups are kept small for more one-one-one tuition and tailored training and split into smaller groups according to level and age. There is also a second session for ages 8-12 on Tuesdays. Students who wish to attend both days, may do so, however will have to enrol and pay for both.

The term is for 7-weeks and during the NSW school term. Additional weeks are left open for potential made-up sessions due to inclement weather.

Location is Cringila Hills MTB Park in Wollongong. Cringila is the perfect venue to learn new skills, improve existing skills, and really practice what you've learned. Everything is close which maximises your practice, instead of wasting time pushing up long tracks. Cringila has a pump track which is perfect for working on body position, balance, pedalling, and looking where you want to go. 2km single track loop with tight switchbacks - perfect for cornering, gear selection, braking, etc. It's also loads of fun and an opportunity to meet others!
