This WEDNESDAY weekly class is for teens aged 13-17 who are beginner, intermediate to advanced riders. Groups are kept small for more one-one-one tuition and tailored training and split into smaller groups according to level and age. There is also an opportunity for advanced students to be considered for the Junior Development program if they wish to race.

The session will involve:

bike set up
body positioning
line selection
cornering
riding technical uphill
braking
riding strategically
gear selection
riding etiquette
bike safety
Intro to jumping (for those who wish to give it a go)

The term is for 8-weeks and during the NSW school term. Additional weeks are left open for potential made-up sessions due to inclement weather.

Location is Cringila Hills MTB Park in Wollongong. Cringila is the perfect venue to learn new skills, improve existing skills, and really practice what you've learned. Everything is close which maximises your practice, instead of wasting time pushing up long tracks. Cringila has a pump track which is perfect for working on body position, balance, pedalling, and looking where you want to go. 2km single track loop with tight switchbacks - perfect for cornering, gear selection, braking, etc. It's also loads of fun and an opportunity to meet others!
