Event description

Lovely ladies, this October we’re coming together for a very special Social Mums Club event in honour of Mental Health Month – and it’s all about Vitality.

We know mums often put themselves last, but this evening is your chance to pause, reconnect, and gently explore practical ways to bring more energy, balance and joy into everyday life.

This evening is perfect for you if:

  • You feel tired, run-down, or like your spark has dimmed a little

  • You want practical ways to boost energy, calm, and balance in your everyday life

  • You’d like to connect with local mums who understand the challenges of motherhood

  • You’re ready to take a little time for yourself and feel supported while doing it

We’ll be joined by five of our trusted Redlands Social Mums Club sponsors – each one a local wellbeing professional who has supported Redlands families in unique and powerful ways:

  • Wellness on Wellington – known for their expertise in the vital link between mind and body, with a real passion for paediatric care and neuro-rehabilitation.

  • Emjay Spa & Wellness – helping women heal and rebalance with holistic approaches to grief and trauma counselling, nervous system reset, and emotional wellbeing.

  • Capalaba Natural Health – guiding people back to health and vitality with natural remedies, nutrition and hormonal support.

  • Evolve Wellbeing & Psychology – offering practical strategies and compassionate care for mental health and emotional resilience.

  • Look Who’s Talking – empowering families through speech therapy and communication support, with creative therapies such as movement and dance.

Rather than formal talks, our Vitality Guides will introduce themselves briefly, then move to round tables where you can sit in small groups, ask questions, and walk away with practical tools you can use straight away. At the bell, you’ll rotate to the next table, ensuring you connect with all five experts.

Think of it as a nurturing circle of wisdom – our Vitality Guides supporting us mums, and being guided by some of the best local professionals in health and wellbeing.

Your ticket includes:

  • Entry to this exclusive SMC Redlands event

  • Interactive small-group sessions with all five Vitality Guides

  • Light evening snacks and a chance to mingle, chat and connect with other local mums at the end of the night

  • Some lovely little gifts on the night to take home

P.S. if this is your first event (great) there will be lots of new ladies attending who are looking to make new local mum friends, and we will be there to greet and make sure you feel welcome - so you don't need to worry.

You'll see Talia there in her pink tee ready to welcome you, and our Social Mums Club signage out the front.

Children are welcome if you need to bring them - I'll have some toys set up in the corner. But if you can have someone watch them for you, that would be ideal so that you can receive the full benefit of the evening.

I understand that by registering to this event I am aware that there may be photos taken of attendees. It is my responsibility exclude myself from any images taken if I don’t want my image to be used for the purposes of display, publicity and in promotional materials by Social Mums Club. This includes print and online platforms including newsletters, social media and websites

I'm confident you'll enjoy the Social Mums Club Experience.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…

- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group

- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group

- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone

- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.

- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
