The Voice: A yarn to support making an informed decision
Event description
Soon all Australians will vote in a referendum on whether to have a First Nations Voice to Parliament enshrined in the constitution.
We invite you to join us for a yarn about the stories, perspectives and differing opinions that have emerged about this topic. Yarning circles are used by many First Nations peoples across the world for active listening and reflection.
Together we will explore a range of resources that represent different perspectives about The Voice. Our aim is to support you to be clear about your individual vote and have confidence to speak about your choice with family, friends, colleagues and your wider community.
Let’s gather our knowledge and yarn about what matters to us in this history-making moment for our country.
