The evening begins with a gentle yet powerful Zhineng Qigong practice, guided by Kadama. Through mindful movement, intention, and breath, this session will open the body’s energy pathways, calm the mind, and prepare you for deeper inner exploration.

🌬 ‘Into the Void’ Somatic Breathwork Journey with Ben (1 hour)

Following this, Ben will guide you through the ‘Into the Void’ somatic breathwork journey. Trained in 9-D breathwork and known for creating unique soundscapes, Ben weaves breath, music, and somatic awareness into a profound inner experience. This session invites you to let go of the noise of the mind, release stored tension, and surrender into spaciousness — the fertile void where clarity, healing, and renewal arise.

🍲 Integration & Nourishment

To close, we’ll gather in community for a grounding integration session, sharing reflections while enjoying a wholesome vegetable curry together. This time of nourishment and connection helps anchor the evening’s insights and restores balance to the body and heart.
