Mark will offer a practical, candid look at how to get risk right without slowing down the work that matters, and what decision-makers should be asking before any new system goes live.

We will also be hosting a show and tell lightning talk session with a couple of founders from Wellington's health tech startup scene. Expect a fast, hands-on look at what they are building, the problems they are solving, and the lessons they have learned along the way.

Whether you are commissioning technology, building it, or accountable for the outcomes, you will leave with ideas you can use straight away.
