Our bodies are made mostly of water but how often do we stop to truly listen to it?
The Water Within is a deeply grounding and restorative workshop designed to reconnect you with your body’s innate intelligence and emotional flow. You’ll explore how water mirrors your emotions, your nervous system, and your state of harmony, physically, energetically, and spiritually.

You’ll Experience:

• A guided somatic meditation to tune into the “waters” of your body

• An exploration of emotional flow, energetic stagnation, and what it means to “clear your inner waters”

• Simple daily rituals for hydration, nervous system balance, and energetic cleansing

• Learn the science and frequency of our bodies

• A collective water blessing ceremony to anchor your intentions
