Join Mel from Inner Alchemy for an afternoon workshop to learn how to shift your state, and calm your mind.

We will be exploring our senses and neurobiology, combining sound, movement, breath, hypnotic trance and restorative yoga to co-create a field of synchronisation to move from gamma - beta - alpha - theta through to delta brainwave states.

Curiosity - Flow - Coherence - Trance - Rest

Light refreshments will be served after the journey during a sharing circle.

Sunday 18th October 2pm - 4pm

Doors open at 2pm, we will start at 2.15pm.

Please bring a waterbottle, yoga matt, something to write in and wear comfy clothes. Blankets and cushions are provided. Light snacks served after during the sharing circle.
