The Way Home

A Movement & Embodiment Experience

Two hours to slow down, move, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

The Way Home is an invitation to step away from the noise, the rushing and the constant doing, and create a little space to simply come back to you.

We’ll begin with 60 minutes of gentle movement, yoga, yin and pranayama, designed to help you move out of your head and reconnect with your body.

From there, we’ll move into a 60-minute embodiment workshop exploring the stories, patterns and beliefs that shape the way we move through our lives. Through reflection, journaling and simple embodiment practices, we’ll explore what you may be ready to let go of, what you want to choose differently, and how you can begin bringing those choices into your everyday life.

You don’t need any previous experience with yoga, breathwork or embodiment. Come exactly as you are.

What to bring

Wear something comfortable that you can easily move and relax in.

Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided, so you don’t need to bring your own.

Please bring:

Water
A towel, if you wish
An open mind and a little willingness to slow down

Everything else will be waiting for you.
