This is a very special breathwork journey of awakening and healing, much like rebirthing and holotropic breathwork. We will connect to our hearts and connect to the medicine of the heart - Cacao.....

Take a journey through the elements with music sound and healing, clearing, balancing and energising the chakras, shamanic cacao ceremony to connect deeply to spirit, relaxing the muscles and increasing focus and serotonin levels in the body, we will then move into a deep breathwork journey to connect to your subconscious mind and our true self, receiving healing and liberation wherever is needed most for your higher good. This invokes your natural healing systems. Release tension, trauma and stress....brining in love abundance and joy for 2023 and lets remeber who we really are!

You will be safely guided and supported through your journey in a powerful medicine wheel and comfortable sacred space, bringing in light love and healing to all parts of your being…… there will be crystal sound bowls, shamanic drums, rattles and energy healing if your open to it and receiving the medicine of cacao is optional.

The yin shapes will clear our energetic body allowing for a deeper journey and connection..A powerful transformational journey of awakening....

Breathwork is for awakening and healing. We reach a deeper state of the mind, connecting to our spirit and soul, our true selves. An incredible transformational tool that allows one to go beyond the conditioning and programming of todays society and when we go deep we are able to dissolve patterns and heavy emotions that no longer serve us, releasing thoughts and behaviour’s that are limiting.

The roots of breath work go back to ancient times including yogic traditions as well as shamanic practices, its is the foundation of most spiritual modalities.

We are able to bye pass the conceptual mind and reach the subconscious, clearing out the old and inviting in transformation, healing and awakening.
