Welcome to the workshop "The Way Out Is Inward."

This space is created for you to connect with your body, your being, and your emotions.

I will lovingly accompany you through the process, guiding you inward and providing you with useful tools for your life.

What to expect?

Sharing and welcoming circle to drop into the space.

In this workshop, the main goal will be to work on our connection with our spirituality.

We will have a yoga class aligned with this goal and talk about this theme, but above all, we will experience and feel it. You will take away useful tools that you can use in your daily life.

Paired with the yoga class, we will also spend time talking and sharing about the philosophy of yoga, and space to ask questions and find ways to implement it into your life in a beautiful way.

This is going to be a really beautiful, gentle and loving space to nurture community and connection.

What is Natha Yoga:

Natha yoga practice includes the physical practice along with spiritual and intellectual advancement using a combination of asanas, breathing and meditation. In this class, you will have a safe space to connect with the body, emotions, and thoughts in the present moment. A real connection where we respect our bodies in the process and observe our emotions and thoughts.

* An object that connects you with your spirituality to add to the altar.

* Yoga mat

* Blanket

* Water

* Comfortable clothing

My name is Chandra, originally from Argentina. I am a teacher of Natha Yoga, Acroyoga, Reiki practitioner, facilitator of Access Bars. I am passionate about yogic philosophy and sharing what I have learned with the community. I like to create safe spaces so that we can open our hearts and communicate from our being.
