‘How do we go about finding a new vision for life?’ Michael Meade
In these unsettled times, chaos ensues. Plans go awry and the creative act of weaving can become a potent way to develop a healthier relationship with the ungovernable forces around and within us - the energy that periodically undoes all that we have lovingly crafted.
Come spend some time communing in the Cave of Ancient Knowing next Sunday as we invoke the wonder and wisdom of a Native American tribal tale given a multicultural and universal flavour.
Listen to a ritual telling of the story, share respectful reflections on how the story speaks with you, then weave together some beautiful threads of connection to more deeply invoke the story’s richly embedded wisdom. Emerge from this storytelling gathering soulfully nourished and inspired, empowered by the beauteous visions we can weave around almost anything life comes to offer us, and perhaps having found more tolerance towards the unravelling energies of chaos and its recurring messiness.
A Description of the Facilitator - Rachael Wildman is a qualified art therapist, artist, storyteller, ritualist and tarot reader. She is passionate about reconnecting us all to the beauty and wisdom of the world within and around us, our innate creative gifts and the wonderous transformative power the old stories and myths can have upon our souls and lives.
