UC Medical and Counselling Centre is running a FREE weekly psych skill workshop for UC students.

Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students on building a new set of skills and the tools to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination. Regular attendees will be able to request specific themes of interest.

This week's topic is Building Happiness. This session will focus on achievable ways to increase joy in our day to day lives by using principles from positive psychology.
