Are you interested in improving your well-being and coping skills?

UC Medical and Counselling Centre is running a FREE weekly psych skill workshop for UC students.

Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students on building a new set of skills and the tools to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination. Regular attendees will be able to request specific themes of interest.

This week's topic is Life Balance. Students will explore the activities that optimise brain function and wellbeing and talk about how to include these in our day to day lives.

Register now to reserve your spot in the group. If you have any questions or enquiries, please contact Beniah at UC Medical and Counselling Centre on (02) 6201 2351.
