UC Medical and Counselling Centre is running a free weekly psych skill workshop every Tuesday at 3:30pm for University of Canberra students.

Each week, one of the UC Medical and Counselling Centre psychologists will workshop with students a new set of skills and tools to manage a range of topics - such as anxiety, stress, procrastination, decision making, and achieving success.

The topic for this Weekly Psych Session on Tuesday 21st March 2023 is Catching The Frog. The room location will be confirmed to attendees upon registration.
