Come, drink from the Well of life, of living water!

These words may be familiar, they may not be...

This gathering - The Well - is a time to arrive and be still with a group of like minded people who long for connection - to God, to Wisdom, to Spirit, to Themselves, to Others.

Making time to go deeper, into your heart, into your innate wisdom, into relationship with God is of such importance to you.

You long for guidance in community to sit with, be mindful of and listen to God...

The word 'God' may put you off... but this group is for any religion or belief that is longing for connection to 'something greater than yourself' - maybe the universe, mother earth... no matter your 'wording', you are welcome here.

Listening to the wisdom and guidance of 'that which is greater than you' is transformational, evocative and so joy-filled.

Each gathering of The Well will be an individual time, with a different focus to the last one - led and guided by the people in the group, by the collective wisdom of the time..

Each gathering will include:

contemplative prayer
journaling inspired by the words of an ancient (or modern) mystic
oracle cards

Lisa, of In2Balance Kinesiology will guide you through her own practice that has held her and taught her to listen, be still, and trust her own wisdom and the guidance of God.

You too, will learn to trust your wisdom, trust the words and visions form God, so that you can feel more confident and peaceful as you walk the earth.

Traditionally from ancient contemplative traditions, wisdom is represented as female.. the sacred feminine.. and here too, we will be resting in the energy of the ancient female wisdoms.
