Carriage A- Middle-eastern movement with Lisa Grace
Carriage B- Meditation/hypnosis with Kim High
Carriage C- Sashiko stitching the ‘red thread’ with Kirsten Penzes
Carriage D- Sound experience with Charlotte Fraser

This guided train ride offers an express dose of wellbeing designed to diffuse stress, restore balance and create time for reflection. The train leaves Queenscliff Station and travels to Drysdale return, as you absorb the beauty of the natural scenery of Swan Bay and surrounding areas.

Each passenger will have their own silent safari headset and move through the four carriages of Wellbeing experiences. Each carriage will be facilitated by a wellbeing professional from The Bellarine Peninsula. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the train in a four hour round trip, experience a range of immersive activities, have a snack, and leave with a resource bag to take home.

Please note, you only need one ticket per person, choose your starting carriage and then move through the following carriages.
