Indie-folk purveyors of "wholesome but depression" music The Wicked Messenger pull together a six-piece band for a special Sunday afternoon performance, including songs from their 2021 album Bellbird Grove and new ones for their impending recordings. Joining them is Sebya and their similar melancholic but reflective musings in musical form.

The Wicked Messenger is the modern-folk project of Jimi Beavis (Jimi Beavis,The Holy Rollercoasters) on guitar and vocals and Janey Mac on bass and vocals (early Doch, The Good Ship) it focusses on the important topics of love, death and quiet contemplation. It is a slowly evolving project, currently expanding into the full band mode they were always destined for. They play with a variety of subtle and versatile local musicians to fill out their sound.

Bar open 5pm.
