WILD WOMAN — A DAY RETREAT

Dandenong Ranges
Saturday 21st November
11:00am – 5:30pm

Join us for a 6.5-hour immersive forest retreat, nestled in the heart of the bush in the breathtaking Dandenong Ranges, surrounded by gorgeous nature.

A day to step away from the noise, the expectations and the endless roles you carry — and come back to the woman underneath it all.

Wild Woman is an immersive day of connection, embodiment, movement, breath, reflection and deep rest, created as a space to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

Throughout the day, we’ll move through a series of intentional experiences designed to bring you back into your body and closer to your own intuition — from breathwork and somatic movement to nourishing food, nature, connection, sound and stillness.

Your day will gently unfold with:

AWAKEN & EMBODY
Sensual movement and embodied yin yoga practices to awaken the body, soften the edges and come home to yourself.

BREATHE & EXPAND
Somatic breathwork to release what you’ve been carrying, move stagnant energy and create space within.

UNLEASH & EXPRESS
A wild woman embodiment journey — exploring movement, sound, expression and the freedom to take up space unapologetically.

SENSUALITY & SELF
A sensual embodiment practice designed to reconnect you with pleasure, intuition, desire and the wisdom of your body.

WALK & WANDER
Time in nature to ground, explore and reconnect with the wildness that exists within you.

NOURISH & CONNECT
Beautiful nourishing food, relaxed conversation and space to connect deeply with yourself and the women around you.

REFLECT & RECLAIM
Guided journaling and somatic reflection to explore who you’ve been, who you are becoming and what parts of yourself are ready to be reclaimed.

RITUAL & RELEASE
A closing ritual to honour the woman you are, release what no longer belongs to you and step forward feeling more embodied, connected and free.

What you need to bring
Towel / togs (if you are dipping)
Change of clothes (comfy)

Yoga Mat

Limited spaces available to keep the experience intimate.

This isn't about becoming a new version of yourself.

It's about remembering the woman who was already there.
