Start your weekend with a winter warmer on a high note, by freeing your mind, moving your body and connecting with your soul.
Guided breathwork, headset movement experience and a deliciousss meditation.
Honour the dark months with me by looking inward and reflecting, releasing, resting, regenerating and RISING as a radical practice of rebellion.…… each week focussing on a different aspect of Winter.
Like minded movers, moving together in a safe space to express, unwind and give those joy muscles a good work out!
Move, groove, shake and shimmy to dissolve any stale energy, shift emotion through the body, play with shapes and glides, spins and twists and meet your inner euphoric true being.
There are no choreographed moves, your moves are your own expression, no right or wrong.
Polished moves not required, just BYO YOU and your beating heart and a willingness to enjoy (oh and a drink bottle, journal and comfy clothes !)
Fun, safe, easy and inclusive for all ages and abilities, drug and alcohol free.
