This is the first of three by fifty minute sessions. We will schedule sessions two and three during this first session.

Hi I'm Ian Berry.

For over 30 years I've been a student and teacher of leadership.

I've worked with over 1000 leaders, women and men, in more than 40 countries.

My great conclusion is that Response Ability is the keystone character trait of wise leaders.
