This series is an invitation to draw deeply from the well of wisdom within, as we explore what moves us, what shapes us, and how we relate to our experiences to bring more compassion and awareness into our world - to evolve together.

We will be exploring primarily through movement with opportunities for drawing and journalling as creative tools for expansion and integration. Our sessions will also include mindfulness, meditation, poetry and music.

No prior movement experience required

Come as you are - All welcome

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily & please have some paper and a pencil or pen at hand (or more elaborate art materials if you wish - such as crayons, textas or coloured pencils)
