The Joy of Being 🌸

Letting go of worry, embracing play and making room for joy.

After a little break, we're excited to welcome you back to The Women's Circle Queenstown this November!

As adults, life can easily become filled with responsibilities, expectations and worries about the future. We can become so caught up in doing, planning and striving that we forget to simply enjoy being alive.

This month, we're inviting a little more lightness, laughter and playfulness into our lives. Together, we'll explore what it means to loosen our grip, let go of unnecessary worries and reconnect with the joyful, spontaneous and carefree parts of ourselves.

We'll reflect on the pressures we place on ourselves, rediscover the simple things that bring us happiness and explore how to find more enjoyment in the present moment, without waiting for everything in life to be perfect.

Through guided meditation, cacao, journaling, meaningful conversations and a little playfulness, we'll create space to slow down, connect and simply be.

Because life isn't just something to manage or get through. It's also something to experience, celebrate and enjoy. ✨

🌸 What to Expect

The Women's Circle Queenstown is a welcoming and inclusive space for women to come together, connect and explore different aspects of life through mindfulness, reflection and shared experiences.

Whether you've joined us before or are coming along for the first time, you're very welcome. There's no pressure to share, and no previous experience is needed.

Spaces are limited to keep our gatherings intimate, so we recommend booking ahead.

We look forward to coming together again and making a little more room for joy! 💛
