The Workforce Capability Framework – Tips & Tools (Online)

This workshop introduces a range of resources and tips to support use of the Workforce Capability Framework.

The Workforce Capability Framework was launched early in 2023.  Since then, many services have begun to use The Framework in lots of different ways.  In the background, WorkUP Queensland continued to work with the sector to develop a range of supporting resources and more are underway. 

We would like to share these resources with you and offer practical examples and tips for using them in your service. The resources we will explore are:

• Implementation Tips
• Job Interview Question Bank
• Self-Assessment tool
• Organisational Reflective Questions

We would also love to hear from you!  What tips and tricks would you like to share with others in the sector about how you’ve been using The Framework and resources?  Please come willing to share what’s worked to help others..

Learning Outcomes:

• Participants will gain a greater understanding of the Workforce Capability Framework and supporting resources.
