How we run this masterclass - This online version of the WRD practitioner masterclass is run via zoom over 2 x 3hr 15 minutes sessions on consecutive days.

The session will be interactive and will involve breakout groups. It will not be recorded and must be attended live for the entire course to receive certification.

Lorissa (founder of Assembly Culture) and Lotty Roberts (founder of MiND.U) met through their shared work in emotional culture, leadership, and change - and quickly became friends as well as collaborators.

After years of working with teams and leaders, they kept noticing the same thing: workshops sparked insight, but translating that energy into everyday action was where things fell short.

So they created The Workplace Rituals Deck - a practical, human way to close the gap between knowing and doing. It’s full of simple, powerful rituals to help teams shape a culture that’s not just talked about, but genuinely felt.

This is a virtual masterclass delivered through the Zoom platform. A link will be provided to participants.

Important Note: This session will not be recorded, you must attend live to receive practitioner certification

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

• Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this workshop.

• However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you cannot attend for any reason.

• You must notify the host that you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.

• If you cannot attend the workshop and have purchased a deck we will send that to you along with the digital toolkit.

• If the Workshop Host cancels this workshop, you will be transferred to the next available workshop. You can contact the Workshop host for a refund if you cannot attend the revised workshop date.
