Welcome to the Workshop 3-Lift Classic 2. Powerlifting at it simplest.
No weight classes, just big totals.
As last time, this is a free for all meet, meaning anyone from complete novice to experienced lifter can enter and compete.
Squats will be from a monolift with a powerbar. lifters have the choice to walk it out or use the gate.
Bench will be done on a Dominator bench with a powerbar.
Deadlifts will be done with a deadlift bar.
Prizes will be given for the top 3 male and female totals.
