This will be an afternoon for you to explore and experiment with a range of mediums in your own journal.

Time to give yourself some permission to play and maybe consider journaling to improve your mental health.

All materials to get you started will be supplied, and there will be some extra items available to purchase if you desire.

If you have your own journal or materials please feel free to bring them along.
